Default Wouldn't be surprised to see a WR transfer

I would not be surprised to see a WR transfer before the summer. This is not based on anything I have heard from a source, just my gut. I just think there are a few guys that could be major players elsewhere that will find themselves buried on the depth chart at Clemson. When the Tigers recruit the way they do that is a good thing. And Ross is on the way this summer.

I don't think so. I think they would have already done that if they were. I think all of them will get their opportunity to make plays for Clemson this fall.

There's a lot of guys who's touches will be limited. Kendrick is going to play a good bit. If Ross can grasp the offense he will play. I could see Powell or Chase leave if anyone did....they are not going to see many touches.

The rumor mill had Powell playing some at DB in scrimmages. Donít know if true but would love to see him move rather than transfer

It seems to me that Chase needs a great summer and fall camp, otherwise he will be left buried on the depth chart. I could see a potential transfer in his future.

I was thinking he and/or Powell. That was a down recruiting year at WR.

I agree. Chase or Powell or both could likely transfer. Possibly Overton

AS stated ,the rumor mill had Powell playing DB in practice, Chase played Safety his senior HS year. Maybe they will move, maybe they will move on. HOPE THEY BOTH STAY

Who the QB will be could play into the decisions but since that isn't settled I don't think it will.

I'm leaning toward agreeing with Will on this one. It was obvious that we were going to have a couple QBs transfer once the past season ended with the knowledge of Trevor Lawrence coming in and that the competition was going to get much tougher as they were all competing for one starting job that will only be given up with poor play and injury (hopefully neither of those occur). It is much different at WR because we will have multiple people who will see playing time and will have their opportunity to shine in the spotlight and potentially earn that starting position. All of the WRs on the team realize the opportunity that they have and that they are apart of a WRU. At this point, I believe if they have not transferred yet, they probably will not.

There is a need at both positions. Hope they will try before leaving.

I could see a transfer after this season possibly but I don't see anybody jumping ship this summer or anything.
