I've seen things about a football transfer rule possibly being changed to allow players to play immediately upon a transfer. Would that apply to other sports as well? Is there any traction for that rule to be passed?

I think there will be some stipulations with it if it is past because it can create some situations where it will almost be like free agency in the NFL. I know a lot of coaches don't like it because it can put a lot of stress on the rosters, how a scholarship is used and things of that nature.

As for basketball, not right now. Their rules are separate from football.

Thanks Will!

I've heard the coaches don't like it and I agree there should be some stipulations to it
