So they had to learn that? Man.. AP had a horrific ERA but decent hitting. I expected Tigers to unload at the plate. Beer hitless in two of 3 agaisnt a team with an ERA in the stratosphere. At least LD has been pushing his BA and is the only Tiger regurlar above .300. It's still the same issue good pitching but team cant hit.

Gotta hand it to Austin Peay, they gave us a run for our money. Coming away with a win was not something people expected Austin Peay to do. They played well too, their pitching was extraordinary. Or our guys hitting was just awful. Either way, we are lucky to have come out of that series with 2 wins, it could have easily been 1 win.

I thought Clemson would hit the ball better, too. I was surprised they struggled so much on Sunday.

However, AP played out of their mind this past weekend. They played above their heads which is how everyone will approach Clemson from here on out.

So the question is did they learn their lesson? This team is decent but flawed. The ACC tournament will be interesting. I canít see this team advancing past a regional right now unless we have a really weak 2 and 3 seed

This team has struggled this season, yes! But they seem to find ways to win games. There is something to that, IMO.
