Default Do you expect the offense to improve down the stretch?

Will Clemson's offense get better down the stretch? Is the best yet to come for this offense?

As the ankle gets better, so will the passing game.Watching KB2 run and try to plant his foot, it's not 100% yet.Good Lord,if we make it to 12-1 and get a month to rest/prepare,this team could make another run.If not we'll finish 12-2 with an Orange Bowl victory. Hard to fuss about an 11/12 win season in a so called rebuilding/reloading year ,in between 2 Superstar QB's.

Whiners ,criers, complainers and the like, for all the warts, we are only talking about one extra catch from Cain a game and 2 less over throws per game from KB2 to lay the wood to anyone,if the Defense plays it's B plus game.

Didn't mention Hunter's drop. Those don't happen often enough to mention

I think this team is capable of having imporoved performances on offense. It's just not clicking and I have to believe that we are holding some plays back right now either for scouting reasons or for development reasons. But our playbook has to be a bit bigger than what we've shown so far especially in the passing game.

Our OL has improved a bit during the year and that's been good to see. Our defense played great against FSU and that was with playing a lot of backups and that was great to see. But our WRs need to catch more balls, and KB needs to give them help by throwing with more accuracy. I think it can happen, but I don't truly expect it to. I think this team is what it is at this point. We are a contender but by no means are we a sure thing.

Hmm 10 games in, same personnel. NO we are who we are; this team will win or lose on KBs legs and the defense when it play to its potential. I think injuries have hurt the D; its better than the past few weeks.

You may see some wrinkles against Miami, but only to get ahead. I'm sure we'll look better in the playoffs...we always seem to anyway.

Hope for and expect are not the same in this case. After 10 games, do not expect much improvement, but there is always hope.

I'd like to see more passes down the middle to the TE.

Yes. Based on the past few years it seems like Dabo & Co like to withhold 25% of the offense for the ACC Champ game and Playoffs. They probably spend a small portion of each week adding plays to its post season tool belt.

I think it needs to and can. And the can part is what is so frustrating. But of course, that is from my couch. I expect it to some but probably won't be enough to win it all again. We just are not a complete enough team to do that and maybe not win the ACC champ game.
