Default Is ESPNís Greg McElroy bothered that Oklahoma jumped Clemson in the AP poll?

ďNot at all! If Iím going to rank teams, Iím going to rank them based on who they beat and where they beat them,Ē Greg McElroy said on College Football Live on Monday. ďOklahoma has arguably the second best win in college football. Going on the road to Columbus, Ohio, and not just beating Ohio State, but dominating Ohio State Ö to me, the best win so far in the 2017 season is Alabama beating Florida State on a neutral field. This is followed very closely to what Oklahoma did on Saturday, so the fact that they jumped Clemson is not a problem to me. Clemson still has plenty of opportunities to get into the conversation. But Oklahoma so far, if you are going to rank them, how could you not rank them No. 2?Ē

It's only ok because whomever decided to Rank Ohio State in front of Clemson did so. Of course they could not be wrong with their original guess that Ohio State (who Clemson Shut out) was better than the Tigers . It's all a joke.

And we defeated Ohio State at a neutral site and in the process, held them scoreless. But, after all of the pundits make their guesses and attempt to justify their opinion, it's the final poll that matters.

This is because they were OVERRATED from the beginning, they should have been no higher than 7th and we should have been higher. They are making the ASSumption that Ohio State is all that good to begin with.
