If Clemson wins the next two games they will clinch a spot in the ACC Championship game according to the league. The minimum games to play to qualify for the championship game is nine this year. Clemson and Notre Dame would have played nine games by that point. Notre Dame has to win of its next two games to qualify.

If Clemson wins the next two games, they will have Dec. 12 off and the FSU game will be canceled. The same will go for Notre Dame at Wake Forest.

The real story with the cancellation. ACC didn't want to deal with the controversy of ND not having a bye week prior to ACCCG and Clemson having one if we finished the rest of our games on time. No other reason to not move forward with the game that followed protocol!!! Dirty!! I say we still take our 12/12 bye week.
