Question/idea for a piece on the site...

Could we get a compiled list and evaluation of all the coaching changes that have happened this off-season compared to the replacements and how things stack up? Obviously performance going forward is difference than looking backwards...but I'm thinking of "we lost x,y, and z with Bates departure but Eason brings a,b and c and Conn picking up the Slack with x while Goodwin will be great with Y. Z is a question mark"

Also, kinda ranking the impact each departure could mean based on what they were doing before. (Is JP a bigger loss than one might expect bc of the role he played or is it not that significant of a departure?) I just don't know enough to answer these types of things.
