I agree 100%. It all comes down to them having such a tight relationship with Leggett and how that has helped with their baseball coverage over the years. My whole thing is this, I am a Clemson fan, not a Leggett fan. I want what is best for Clemson, and Leggett is no longer it.
They are clearly upset by Leggett's firing. I am ecstatic at the opportunity Clemson now has to revitalize the program. My stance is basically the polar opposite of Will's and Roberts. Hale and Qualk seem to be more balanced on this issue.
Sometimes I get the feeling that Robert & Will are Jack Leggett's best friends and they'll do/say anything to defend him, regardless of the on the field product. Maybe it's just me.....
