I suspect he made the wrong decision but time will tell.

I am guessing he trying to say what ever he can to get drafted in the first round and then he will use it to negotiate the highest contract between the two teams.

Good luck Kyler. If this is a negotiating ploy donít think it will go well in the long run. Heís had some weird sports interviews recently, so really not sure whoís running his marketing campaign.

Iíve heard there are questions about his hitting skills so maybe the Aís squeak out of this without further damage. Do they get the bonus money back?

From what Iíve heard, if he doesnít show up he has to pay everything back.

I agree, but I didn't think Lamar Jackson would be successful in the NFL either and he hung in there this year after taking the starting spot in Baltimore. The thing is, Murray is so fast and that's what makes him good. But, when he's 30+ and that speed starts to evaporate, can he sit in the pocket and pick people apart? I have my doubts. But, maybe he plays well enough in his first 7 years or so to make enough money to retire when he's 30 and then go play baseball. That's a real possibility, as long as he stays healthy.

I liked Lamar's game and he is 6'3 or so....right? He needed to improve accuracy, but he had some tools. To me he was a much better pro prospect...but that's just me.

My concern for Murray is the size. He is a great athlete, but some of that gets negated in the NFL. Those guys have to develop in the pocket or they wont last. Take Watson with his athleticism and pocket presence....he takes a beating (granted that line sucks), but I dont think Murray is in Watson's class. I certainly wouldn't take Murray early.
