North Augusta three-star defensive end Tre Lawson has blown up since the calendar flipped to 2016.

Since Florida State offered in early January, he's reeled in seven more, including South Carolina, Tennessee and Southern Cal.

Lawson has taken two trips to South Carolina, one to Georgia and was in Tallahassee yesterday for Florida State's junior day event.

The 6-foot-7, 250-pound prospect is scheduled to be among the group of guests in Clemson next Saturday for Junior Day, the Tigers' second one of the year.

Clemson hasn't offered Lawson and he's not sure if they'll pull the trigger or not while he's on campus. This, of course, will be one of the top story lines to track as Saturday approaches.
