At least they are acknowledging there is a problem.

He’s a guy we need more from. I haven’t watched much of us pre- ACC play but from what I’ve seen he hasn’t developed as much as I thought he would’ve this year so far

I think most of the struggles this year are stemming from a lack of outside shooting. No one has really stepped up to fill the gaps left by Devoe and Grantham.

I read in the game thread that a 1-5 start was a real possibility. I think that is almost certain, but looking over the schedule going forward, I still believe there are another 9 wins there with possibilities for marquee wins to boot. They just need Simms and Mitchell to step up their outside shooting, or find some on the bench. I thought Hunter Tyson was supposed to be a good outside shooter out of HS. I posted the other day that we had no chance to make the tournament, but I think we still can.

I really haven't gotten to watch them much, but that seems apparent since the start of ACC play.

Rev, Tyson is the answer I was referring to in my earlier comment.

Yes, he is a great spot-up shooter, but he absolutely cannot be a defensive liability traded for high point output. (think Solomon and Scott) When he turns the corner on defense, he will have an impact.

Let’s hope it clicks with the young man sooner rather than later, then. I agree completely, Mike.
