2014 TCI NASCAR Challenge URGENT: CHASE IDEAS?

1) Since there are really only 8 of us who play each week, we will obviously all make "The Chase". I am thinking we need to treat the last 10 races a little differently than the "Regular Season". One idea I had was to limit the number of times you can select a driver during those last 10 races (Plumbtiger is not gonna like this!). Any and all ideas to shake things up and keep it interesting are appreciated.

2) I would like to award a real, physical prize to the overall winner. That said, would you prefer a prize you can keep forever, or something really special that you only keep during your reign as champion (I have something in mind!)? Keep in mind, that option two, will require you to ship the award to the new winner each year?

3) Look alive on here kids! I know I am a cornball, but c'mon, I KNOW I deserve an "lol" or smiley on occasion, and I SEE Y'ALL POSTING more than two words on other topics, hehehe!. Peace!

I would be good with picking a driver only once the final 10 races before the chase. I would also be good with only picking a driver twice during the chase.

I would have a hard time not picking the 88 every race, but I'll abide by whatever rules are set. That being said, I would prefer to be able to pick the same driver at least 3-4 times.

Or, we could go to the other extreme and pick one driver for the whole chase!

Not sure who I'd go with, though.

I'm good with only using a driver once during the chase but I'll do whatever everyone wants

I think it would be best to say you can only pick the the same driver twice inside those ten races. I think that forces a little more strategy and creates an opportunity for everyone to make moves. If we all pick the same drivers throughout the chase, there is no room for separation.

We could get really crazy and only pick a driver once. Consider that so far there have been 11 different winners this season.
