Well this would indicate that they aren’t above the 5%/7.5% thresholds though...

Big Ten policy would mean 21 days of no Ryan Day right?

No less than 10 days.
OSU will announce player positives and contact tracing tomorrow morning. They are not traveling today but will fly tomorrow morning.
OSU has stated that they have not have enough positive tests to suspend play.
This is from sports illustrated.

That funny smell Robert was talking about huh? I still believe more will test positive from this. The initial denial makes me wonder how deep this will go.
Ps I hope he does well, but he is a class A jerk IMHO

Good thing for them that they`re not playing FSU.

I'm confident they are trying to rig the contact tracing too minimize the damage. They will play.

Contract tracing really won’t keep the. From playing anyway. The B1G only considers positive rates in their formula (the theory being if you test every day you will find out before contact tracing would be a thing).
Rumor has it they have 5 players positive. If they get a 6th then they hit the B1G 5% threshold and have to shut down for 7 days.

Contact tracing can keep players out. Day coached Thursday and likely attended the team dinner. That could have ramifications. News report said the unable to participate report was held out today in part due to contact tracing.

It keeps guys out but doesn’t impact the teams ability to play vs pause activities. Doesn’t matter as they have at least 6 players that tested positive

My point was that if contact tracing took out 30 players it could impact the game. Moot point now.
