Reagan for sure. I will add, that history will treat GWB more favorably than he is viewed today. He was no Reagan by any stretch, but in my opinion, he at least felt like he was doing what was in the best interest of the country, whether it actually turned out that way or not. Not a W fan boy necessarily, just saying in time he will be viewed more favorably.

Funny thing is Georgia Jimmy is now off the hook as the worst thanks to BHO!
