Both - The President is disinterested and only cares about reelection and pushing his agenda onto the American people.

I am very concerned that the President has successfully ensured a large enough number of people are so utterly dependent on the government that they will re-elect him.

Welfare is up
Food stamps are up
27% increase in government employment since he became Prez
60% increase in national debt
unemployment still around 8.0% - the 7.8% is NOT the same unemployment level that is usually reported
Lowest number of Americans at work in over 30 years in spite of population increase
