How many hours do you work a week?

I work 40 to 50 hours a week

I am a college professor. I work about 40 hours per week in the spring and fall semesters. In the summer I focus on teaching summer classes and research because we are only paid August to June inclusive. However, the nature of my work has changed. Students email me rather than visit me in my office. I teach classes on-line because Gen Y likes that and I access info using databases on the Internet.

I'm a Beer salesman and work about 50-60 hours a week. 4th of July is hell week.

I work about 65-75 hrs a week nights making medical grade plastics for IV bags and such.

Hope you can find more balance in your life. Life's too short to work all the time.
I chose my job over my family for a while and ended up with a divorce. It was terrible for my children.

well its really not a choice, gotta pay the bills. By my wife is the greatest and we work very hard at making things run smoothly. But it does suck. We work those hrs about 80% of the year and when we do I only get to see them about 2 hrs a day. But when we slow down some at work I make a hard effort at making up for that lost time with her and my 3 little ones.

The one silver lining to this over worked cloud is my wife is able to stay at home and raise our youngins. You never know about day care these days...

50 hours a week is normal not counting all of the calls I get at home.

A lot better than the 60 that I worked my first 25 years of work life.

55-60 a week then I have to take phone calls at the house too, The life of a sales manager never really stops, and yes I am working more now than ever. I liked the billionares idea of only working 3 days a week for 11 hours a day, still not sure how he thinks people can work that way into their late 70's....

With an iPhone and iPad and Laptop I am always on the job it seems......I would to say I work 55-65 hours a week unless it is really hot or really cold then I work even more......

I have told him b4 that the green answer button is for answering the phone.....he messed up Friday and actually answered the phone.....I was shocked
