Default For those that haven't seen Lee in a while

You wouldn't recognize him. He's lost like 50 pounds. Finally saw him a week or so ago. That new eat nothing plan he is on has worked

Haha! 45 lbs lighter and feel 18 again! It's not a no eating diet, it's a CLEAN eating LIFESTYLE!

Congrats on your weight loss. It's best when people realize that it's not a diet but a lifestyle change. Diet's are a temporary fix for HS wrestlers and boxers trying to maintain their weight class. A lifestyle change is forever.

We have a really bad relationship with food in this country. Where else in the world will you find so many people that are poor AND fat?

Nice job Lee!

I lost 77 lbs on Atkins. It was tough, but it was worth it. I have gained a bit back after rotator cuff surgery, but am back to exercising and eating healthy again.

  1. I dropped 60 four years ago and have kept it off. Running was the key for me and the changed in diet followed gradually. When you run enough miles in a week you find you don't want to eat the garbage quite so much.
