OAN: J. Meeks has some inside info on JD's visit and decision that he will not tell me, but he assures that 2/14 will shake the college football world...
Tell Mr Meeks THANK YOU for his efforts.

I have read two places, maybe quoting each other, that JD is the fooball recruit of the DECADE! Is he still humble after all this? His Coaches, whoever they are, and I hope Clempson, will have to rein him in to keep him from overrunning plays to live up to the hype. It's hard to remember that he is 17 years old!! We, the Nation even, are putting so much on him. I wish him luck and a steady head!

You might be on to something. He leaks word that bama is out, then a week later drops the bomb by pulling a bama hat from under the table. We know he owns one, just check Robert's interview video.

I have been following all of the Clowney updates with great interest. Sure I hope he comes to Clemson, but the way that TCI (and especially Robert) has been forthright and realistic about any and all updates impresses me tremendously. I love to be excited and hopeful, but I certainly don't want to have a bunch of rumors being the cause. Thanks for the continuous updates and keep them "real"! Very nice work!

Clempson? Really? I thought only coot fans spelled it that way to make fun of us.

No, I say Clempson with great reverance, the same way I used to say Sumpter when I lived in Manning. Kind of a regional dialect, if you will. Sorry to make the wrong "coot" connection. I'll be careful from now on in my posts.

Don't sweat it. A coot would have typed klempson anyway.

I say Clemp-son, too, but spell it Clemson. Adding the P might help people keep from pronouncing it Clem-zon, though, which is really annoying.

TigerDelk is right. A coot would spell it with a k.

The fact CLEMSON is being said on TV everyday and even in th NY Times, can't be a bad thing. Gotta plant some seeds for future recruits. Definitely would like to add him, tho. That'd really help out!

As reported here, his (JC's) Mother is concerned about the distance to visit and see him play. Google says it is a difference of 56 minutes. Two Mayflies can be born, mate, and die in that amount of time. What does this have to do with anything? Not much, but to use distance (78 miles) and/or time as a factor is kinda weak. Just chiming in again.
