Xavier Thomas responds to David Pollack
During Clemson’s media day Tuesday, defensive end Xavier Thomas responded to David Pollack’s comment on ESPN saying he felt like Thomas has been a disappointment this season.
“It’s something I heard of, but I’m just focused on now and what the team is doing now and getting wins. You don’t really focus on either ... if he was saying I was the best player in the world or if he was saying I was the worst player in the world, that’s fine with me. It’s not something I’m worried about.
“I know who I am as a player and I know what I bring to the table for the team, which is all I’m worried about.”
