Team lost by 3 strokes behind FSU and Wake. One of our players had a quadruple bogey on the last hole. Yikes.

Finished 3rd is a solid team finish -19 under.

8 wasn't good but doesn't count to the team score. They only keep the top 4 scores per hole. So on 18 we had 1 birdie, 2 pars, and 1 bogey

Is it the top 4 scores for the round or the top 4 for each hole. I thought it was the top 4 scores for the round.

I saw the drop of 4 on the total score when the 8 was posted.

Would love to know how the golfer is handling that last hole. And how Penley is handling that. Penley is very good at the psychology of the college golfer. Or at least he seems to have always been good at it.

yeah, I had to look it up but you're right. I'm still having trouble figuring out how they came up with our score though. It should be the best 4 scores per round (not per hole like I said before).

Round 1 we had a 64, 69, 69, & 73 for a total of 275 but they have us down for 276.
Round 2 we had a 66, 73, 71, and 74 for a total of 284 but they have us down for 288
Round 3 we had 71, 71, 72, & 67 for 281 which matches their total.

If the scorecards on golfstat are correct we would have been -24 total

ahh, I figured it out. We had 5 keep 4 for team scoring and Zack was in there as an individual only. His scores didn't count to the team score. Take him out and the math matches
