Default Packer and Durham on Jeff Scott's move to South Florida

From the Packer and Durham show

Durham: "I am excited for the opportunity to see him as a head coach. I know he is going to stay with the Tigers through the end of the college football playoff for the Tigers."

Packer: "He will be a head coach this week and then put it on delay for a second and get ready for Ohio State. That's what the deal is."

Durham: "Don't you think though that is some ways this is the natural progression for him and maybe overdue."

Packer: "Without question. He will be a tremendous coach as a head coach. He has done such a fantastic job at Clemson. He has been there a dozen years with Dabo and company. I know Clemson fans are like oh my god what is going to happen now. Well you know he is a co-offensive coordinator with Tony Elliott and I think Clemson probably has the right progression in place to replace Jeff. I think what they will have the hardest time doing in terms of replacing him will be on the recruiting trail. He is a great recruiter, especially in the state of Florida which is native and he is going back home per say. I think he will do a tremendous job at South Florida but Dabo and his guys will just keep on rocking and doing their thing."
