Default I'm sorry if I sound petty here..

but if Belk ends up a coot this season, it will just feel like a slap in the face as a Tiger fan.. It's like you just married someone you've been dating for over a year, only for them leave you and start banging your little brother.. I just feel like if this was truly about just a personal family issue, Dabo would have let him take as much time as he needed just like he did with Jay Guillermo and DJ Reader..

Maybe he ends up at USCjr. If so then he wasn’t All-In for whatever reason. Hopefully his family situation improves. Now in the long run this is best for the Clemson team. They need players that buy in to the Clemson culture, else they are a distraction.

You won't be the only one feeling that way if he ends up at South Carolina, that's for sure.

The overall and overwhelming consensus would indicate he ends up in Columbia. The big question in my mind is if he has to sit out a year. By rule, he sits out unless the NCAA determines hardship. This could very well be the reason for the attorney's involvement and letter indicating family issues.

However, if the NCAA follows suit and cannot be rushed, it is not likely they could make their decision by September.

No doubt in my mind that they poached Belk.

He will have to sit out a year unless he gets a hardship waiver. I'm sure they will try.

It will be interesting to see what happens. I feel there is more to this, as we all do. If he goes to South Carolina, it will definitely be interesting.

Not petty at all. I feel the same way, too. It would really be a slap in the face if he ends up Cootville.
