Default Alabama adding more talent to its coaching staff

Word is they are adding Philadelphia Eagles OL Coach Jeff Stoutland to the staff.

Not the first time he's been there. He put together their 2012 OL which is arguably the most dominant college OL of the last 20 years. He's considered by many to be the best OL coach in the business regardless of level.

Caldwell, especially now that he's consistently recruiting better consistently, isn't even close to the biggest issue as a position coach.

Yes! It may not be the biggest issue but we need to resolve even the smallest one. And oline has been a huge issue the past few years.

Actually you stated it in the form of a question which for me is valid. My issue is when posters declare a coach should be replaced when there is clearly no way they could know all the factors required to make such a decision.

FWIW i believe two Offensive Coaches should be reviewed as from my limited knowledge they seem to be weak links for different reasons.
