Thatís fine. Itís meaningless until itís not meaningless with the initial CFP rankings in October.

A lot riding on the opener in Charlotte with UGA. A decisive win will quieten a lot of skeptics.

That was a pretty bad article. If youíre gonna title it ďcollege football post spring top 25 power rankingsĒ and provide the pre spring rankings as well; then what you should be telling the reader is what changed from pre to post spring that impacted your rankings. Did Oklahoma get some stud transfer, did Bama lose their starting safety to injury? No such insight was provided; in fact it looks like they just re-ordered the ranking and recycled the commentary. As far as this being a narrative, I donít see that. Nothing they said about Clemson is untrue; I think people can have dumb opinions without them being biased.

Oklahoma at 1? Wtf and cmon man. Take the easy route...its Bama at 1 and then some combo of a couple teams with lesser personnel.

We have legit questions in the secondary and oline. UGA should have a very good roster, but still...gameday decisions aren't always the best and they lost their secondary. Ohio St probably has a better roster than anyone, save Bama. Oklahoma deserves no such praise until they can compete in a playoff and they haven't done that yet.

The narrative will completely shift on Sept. 4 if the Tigers take down the Bulldogs.
