That's absolutely right, Barb! Unfortunately Smokin' Stokes is now close, but guess who holds the secret recipes straight from the owners mouth? The last owner is a good friend of mine and actually worked for me before buying that restaurant. I'll make a batch of some Cheerwine sauce for you!!

As far as the original question by the boss man, he left off the best option of all, WATER! I don't drink soft drinks. I don't desire to dump that much sugar and garbage ingredients into my body!!

Do you know the Collins family? Very good friends of mine from growing up. They started Smokin' as a traveling, competing barbeque biz. I miss it!! Henry's is good, but there sauce doesn't come close!
