Trying to get info on Huggins is tough!!!! I try to keep an eye out for as much info on him as possible. He is just a very low-key recruit. I have been watching this site and some others but this is what some of the national guys are seeing and hearing. He has been at 91% since he made his announcement plans public. Even if it is legal in the state, it is still outlawed by the NCAA. I do not know if that is what he was referring to either. I guess I am getting old.
