Post ESPN gives Tigers some credit

I was a bit surprised to find this article on ESPN.

I saw that the other day too. Refreshing to see somebody at ESPN tell it like it is amidst all the SEC bias.

Thanks for sharing... that was some good stuff.

I think there are some folks at ESPN that are starting to get sick of all the SEC bias crap, especially how salty and ridiculous Finebaum behaves. I bet there's quite a contingent there that truly dislike him with a passion.

If only the ACCN would've hired Danny Kanel. He has no problem being salty right back and the banter back and forth between him and Finebaum would've created some pretty awesome drama, IMO. Maybe they'll pony up and get him there at some point.

Maybe Herbie will set ol' Finey straight this year now that he's a Tiger by association

He probably won't have a job at ESPN very long.

I think Finebaum plays to his base and intentionally says provocative things because more viewers and/or listeners to his show are how advertising revenue is generated.

I think Eric Mac Lain might be a good candidate.

True... I did see the video of MacLain's comments about Finebaum. I forgot about him being part of the ACCN. He will definitely stand up for the ACC and Clemson. But, Kanel can be salty and quite ornery, just like Finebaum... maybe even borderline A-hole. I'm afraid MacLain may be too nice. After a couple years under his belt, though, who knows. Maybe he becomes "that guy" for the ACC (and primarily Clemson).
