Take the best pulled pork on the planet and put it up against the best brisket in the world........brisket wins EVERY time. You don't need sauce on good brisket. Amazing pull pork will still need something......

Brisket 100%. The issue is that getting good brisket is WAY harder on the east coast. Getting good pulled pork is way easier in this area.
Right, and thatís why pulled pork is the clear winner. When itís difficult to find great brisket, while itís fairly easy to find tasty pulled pork, you gotta go with the contestant thatís more consistent and easier to find. Iíve pretty much lost hope in brisket bc I rarely come across places that donít dry it out. So for me, Iíll either order pulled pork by itself, or Iíll do a pulled pork & brisket combo so in the case that the brisket is botched, Iíll have the pork to fall back on.

The question is which do you like more, not what is the easiest to obtain. Brisket clearly is more flavorful and tender than pulled pork.
