I hope they don’t have to give up that much. I’d love to see him here in the QC but I also want him to have a chance to win. McCaffrey is like two first rounders on his own so this would be like giving up 4 first rounders. Also, apparently if they traded McCaffrey and Bridgewater before June 2nd there would be a 27.2M cap hit. That’s dead money that would hamper the Panther’s ability to put more talent around DW4.

That is a lot to me too, especially if they give up McCaffery and the WR. The two first-round picks is a bit much, too.

If freaking Matt Stafford is worth three first round picks, Deshaun is worth everything on that list.

I am not saying he isn't. I am saying the Panthers can't afford to do that because then they get Watson but lose arguably the most complete running back in the NFL and a promising young wide receiver. So now they are like Houston in Charlotte.

The best fit for him are teams that can give up a lot but are still in good position to win. Miami and the Jets, as crazy as that sounds, are the two best fits for him.
