IMO $25K is a joke but is is more of a punishment than they gave the tar holes for fake classes

How about remove their share of $$$ from bowl games of the ACC teams. That would wake their but$s up.

Cheating and dishonesty will NOT be tolerated by the ACC - unless you are UNC, in which case it's no problem.
